Robert E. Randall, 33, of Webster City, died Saturday, February 6, 2010 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Foster Chapel, with Rev. Linda Bibb officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Foster Funeral Home and Cremation Center from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and prior to the service on Thursday.
